With the sustained attention on science and technology,enterprises have begun to attachimportance to human resources which play an important role to enterprises of the futuredevelopment in the new century. The competition of the talent is so fierce in new era, how toattract and retain talent is important situation faced by all enterprises. Having adequate humanresources is critical to every enterprise which depends the undefeated capacity of the businessin the long and fierce competition. China is a country which different from Western culturalbackgrounds, so copied all of Western management theory certainly does not work. So how tochoose the leadership which match their own development to improve employeeorganizational commitment? The authors launched an in-depth study on this issue.First the author found the leadership of the most universal through reading the extensiveliterature. Paternalistic leadership is suitable for the context of Chinese culture. According tothe Chinese recruits, we can see, after80employees have become the main part of the workforce. Therefore, it is critical to the enterprises to grasp the characteristics of this part. Thisstudy proposes the hypothesis about the relationship between the paternalistic leadership andorganizational commitment of after80s.Secondly, this paper adopts the methods of questionnaire survey and considers SPSS13.0as statistical analysis software to do data analysis and processing. This study summarized thefollowing conclusions through the analysis the relationship of paternalistic leadership,organizational justice and organizational commitment to the relationship.1.This studyexamined the reliability and validity of the three scales and provided a proof of the use andpromotion of the questionnaires.2.Demonstrated paternalistic leadership has a significantpositive effect on organizational justice by studying.3.The study further indicated theorganizational justice has a significant positive impact on organizational commitment wasestablished;4. Indicated the universality of the paternalistic leadership, and it had a significantpositive impact on organizational commitment;5.Proved that the organizational justice playedthe fully mediating role between paternalistic leadership and organizational commitmentthrough the test of the model.Finally, this study provides advices for the management of the enterprise in reality anddiscusses the deficiency in this study and the future researching direction.
