Analysis On The Regional Difference Of The Developmental Level Of Rural Regional In Henan Province

The Fifth Plenary Session of the Party’s16th Session proposed the significant historic task of constructing socialism new rural areas, which was the Central Party Committee made important strategic plan in order to solve the"rural, agricultural and farmers’issues",coordinate urban and rural development and overall well—off society after Our country has entered a new phase during which overall the industry reciprocates the agriculture and the city supports the countryside development. Therefore, understanding correctly the basic connotation of our country socialism new rural construction, grasping the principles and the objectives, and establishing a set of scientific evaluation index system are of great theoretical and practical significance to promote the favorable development of the new rural construction.This paper takes the development of the rural areas in the new rural construction as the main thread, with the corresponding theory of human geography, development economy, regional economy, and regional sustainable development as the guideline. Based on the full play of geographical methods, the study uses the measures of subjects like economy and administration for reference, establishes related mathematical model for a combination analysis of qualitative and quantitative phase, logic and empirical phase with the ideas of system analysis and comprehensive evaluation. Focused on the theories, it measures indicator system of regional urban-rural coordinating development. Furthermore, it performed empirical research on the regional urban-rural coordinating development of Henan Province.Firstly, the thesis sets up an evaluation index system of the new rural development in Henan Province using the analysis approach and comprehensive approach, and then adopts entropy weight method to evaluation the weights of each index, which demonstrates the108research units of the Henan Province. The rural development in the new rural areas construction analysis makes it feasible to understand the problems and disadvantages in the process, which possesses the practical meanings and reference value for grasping the process of the rural development. Finally, according to the empirical analysis, the thesis gives some policy proposals that how to promote the rural development in Henan Province against the existing problems.
