Study On Comprehensive Risk Warning Of Coal Enterprises In The Competitive Intelligence Perspective

Coal is the main energy in recent decades of China, the living conditions and sustainable development of coal enterprises is crucial to the development of China’s power generation, iron and steel production, chemical and other industries as well as national economic growth. In recent years, with the adjustment of national energy policies, coal enterprises have merged into larger conglomerates, however, the coal industry faced a downturn in the past year, making enterprises face many risks, the complex external environment together with chaotic internal management make it even worse. So the problem is to identify enterprise risks effectively, make early warning and propose appropriate measures to deal with them. Based on the particularity of coal enterprises, combining comprehensive risk management, competitive intelligence and enterprise warning theory, this paper proposes a comprehensive risk warning framework and system in competitive intelligence perspective and builds enterprise comprehensive risk warning model using analytic hierarchy process and multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, which is important for coal enterprises to cope with risks.Based on extensive research of domestic and foreign enterprise risk management theory, this essay first introduces the concept of risk management and its development process, leading to comprehensive risk management, and then shows enterprise warning theory, followed by a detailed description of competitive intelligence concepts, processes and functions, furthermore it identifies the integration point of risk management theory, enterprise warning theory and competitive intelligence, and finally builds a comprehensive risk warning framework in competitive intelligence perspective, and elaborates the source of risk information in coal enterprises and risk warning process based on competitive intelligenceAfter building a framework of coal enterprise comprehensive risk warning in competitive intelligence perspective, this paper focuses to build a coal enterprise risk early warning system. Firstly it identifies corresponding indicators to build a risk early warning indicator system through a careful study of the risk source with three divisions of enterprise external competitive environment risks, enterprise internal environment risks and competition risks combined with competitive intelligence theory. And then it gives appropriate weights to indicators of different levels using analytic hierarchy process. Finally this essay uses multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to build a comprehensive coal enterprise risk warning model, divides the risk levels enterprises face and provides the corresponding measures to respond to risks.This essay conducts an empirical analysis using Yangquan Coal Company as an example in the end to test the operability of the proposed comprehensive risk warning framework and the feasibility of risk early warning system, finally it puts forward the conclusion of this essay, further research and development of enterprise comprehensive risk warning on my own view.
