Evaluation On Development Level Of Regional Science And Technology Talents

In recent years, with the rapid development of China's the economicaldevelopment , more and more science and technology talents are needed. At the sametime, it is also important of scientific and technological talents development. Chinesegovernments have begun to gradually increase its investment in it. As socio-economicdevelopment of software, scientific and technological talents get the attention ofenterprises, scientific research institutions and government. It has become anotherway of increasing productivity, and it has become the best way of development ofscience and technology personnel work. This paper aims to technology professionalsin the region. It could help sustainable development level of regional science andtechnology talents, which has a theoretical and practical significance.This paper studies the current situation of the development of China's scientificand technological personnel. It constructs development level of science andtechnology talent and comprehensive evaluation index system from two aspects,which are the work of the government and science and technology talent developmentstatus. It also explains the significance of each indicator index and makes a detailedexposition the building process.This paper makes use of Delphi method, AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluationmethod to establish comprehensive evaluation mode about development level ofregional science and technology talent. The index system mainly includes of thegovernment work and science and technology talent development. In empirical studies,compare the indexes of Henan Province with the nation in order to facilitate thedevelopment of science and technology talent level. Finally it analyzes the evaluationresult, determines the critical index, reaches conclusion, verifies the evaluation systemand offered countermeasure and suggestion.
