Since the reform and opening up, municipal economic and social development in Nanning has made great achievements, but also there are many unbalanced, unharmonious and unsustainable problem.Through research of the city’s comprehensive carrying capacity of sustainable development, understand Nanning sustainable development, found that the problem exists in the development, put forward the countermeasures to conduct the sustainable development of Nanning. So as to realize the Nanning comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development, seize the opportunities of regional development strategy for Nanning, build the gulf regional poles and lay the good foundation.Through the rational design of the evaluation system of city’s comprehensive carrying capacity for sustainable development, to evaluate Nanning’s comprehensive carrying capacity of sustainable development. The research mainly includes Nanning’s comprehensive carrying capacity of sustainable development, and Nanning’s carrying capacity of sustainable development of sustainability and coordination.The purpose of this study is to seek effective measures to enhance the comprehensive carrying capacity of sustainable development of Nanning, and promote the sustainable development of Nanning.This divided into six parts, the first part, a brief introduction to analyzing the background, significance, the domestic and foreign research advances, comprehensive carrying capacity of the research methods (entropy method), etc.The second part, proposed the concept and content of the comprehensive carrying capacity of urban sustainable development, analysis of the relationship between sustainable development and carrying capacity, as well as the factors which affect city’s comprehensive carrying capacity of sustainable development and introduce the calculation method of the main comprehensive carrying capacity of urban sustainable development.The third part, proposed the establishment of new ideas for the city’s comprehensive carrying capacity of sustainable development’s evaluation model, combined with the principle of index selection, constructed the evaluation index system include the three subsystems of the economic, social, environmental and comprehensive carrying capacity of37indicators.Part Ⅳ to determine the index weight, analysis of Nanning comprehensive carrying capacity of sustainable development:through the calculation of the index of the comprehensive carrying capacity of sustainable development, understanding that the contribution of the comprehensive carrying capacity of Nanning environment carrying capacity for sustainable development, economic carrying power and social carrying capacity has greatly improved space; the Nanning the carrying capacity of sustainable development, the analysis of sustainability and coordination, the better coordination between Nanning subsystem,but the level of urban development is not high, slow; analysis of Nanning city with pressure index and the ratio of the index of support, the system is overloaded or low load, draw economic carrying capacity and social carrying capacity in carrying low load, but the environmental carrying capacity is greater than1, bearing overload, indicating that Nanning to strengthen the construction of ecological civilization, increase the area of green space, received a clean cleaning area.The fifth part, put forward improve the measures to Nanning comprehensive carrying capacity of the sustainable development, to Consolidate the basic position of agriculture and other measures to optimize industrial structures, investment leverage to promote the harmonious development of the society, as well as to ensure a better ecological environment.Part Ⅵ summarizes the main findings and deficiencies, of this article.
