Our city is in the process of rapid development,with the continuous improvement of the level of city,city population growth,the enlargement of city scale,city emergency resources,a series of problems of city environment quality etc.Urban comprehensive carrying capacity has aroused great concern,and urban comprehensive carrying capacity is the standard to measure the sustainable development of the city.A series of urban problems seriously affect the sustainable development of the city and make the city bear the problem of bearing capacity.In this paper,the center city of 14 cities in Xinjiang Province as the research target,the study area is divided into northern,southern and eastern Xinjiang three area,northern city representative: 7Urumqi City,Karamay City,Changji City,Tacheng City,Bole City,Yining city and Aletai City,5 city southern city of Korla on behalf of city,Akesu City,the city of Hotan,Atushi city and Kashi City,2 City East on behalf of the city of Turpan city and Hami city.2006-2015 10 years based on the data,selecting resources,ecological environment and social economy of the three level indicators,water resources,land resources,ecological,social and economic resources,6 level two indexes,25 specific indicators to build the city's comprehensive carrying capacity evaluation index system.Firstly,the weights of each index layer are calculated by the method of coefficient of variation and the method of weighted weight of entropy weight.Comprehensive capacity level center city by using nonlinear weighted comprehensive evaluation method and TOPSISI model respectively measure the 14 prefectures in Xinjiang and the bearing quality,analysis of comprehensive carrying capacity of the city level and capacity of uniform quality.Then,the internal structure of urban comprehensive carrying capacity system is analyzed by using coordination degree.Comprehensive carrying capacity were evaluated for three study areas in the northern,southern and east of the city,the main research achievements include the following aspects:(1)The comprehensive bearing capacity score model by comprehensive index method to construct the center of the city of Xinjiang 14 prefectures,the variation trend of the comprehensive carrying capacity during the period of 2006-2015 city.IV The results show that both the northern and southern Xinjiang city city or city comprehensive carrying capacity of the city level exist generally upward trend,but the overall load level is not very high,including the northern,southern and eastern Xinjiang city city comprehensive carrying capacity of the city to improve the level of the average fluctuation values were 0.31,0.32,0.28.(2)Using TOPSISI model to analyze the quality of comprehensive carrying capacity of Xinjiang City,the results showed that the change trend of the bearing capacity of Xinjiang city on the overall quality and capacity levels remained the same,showing a rising trend in fluctuation.The close degree of comprehensive carrying capacity of northern city,South City,Xinjiang city is further away from the negative ideal solution,gradually close to the positive ideal solution,showed that the quality of the city's comprehensive carrying capacity are constantly changing.(3)The difference between the center of the city comprehensive carrying capacity in the time series of the 14 prefectures in the first expansion in fluctuation after decrease in spatial distribution,showing the city better than the northern city east,North City is better than the southern city layout.In the northern city of Karamay City,the bearing capacity is higher,Xinjiang is the high bearing capacity of Korla City,the bearing capacity of Turpan city and Hami City,be on a par with the city's comprehensive carrying capacity of Hami City,Turpan city is slightly better than that.(4)According to the scientific,integrity and operational principles of the evaluation index system,the comprehensive evaluation index system of Xinjiang urban comprehensive carrying capacity is constructed.Comprehensive carrying capacity of the city to the internal resource carrying capacity,ecological carrying capacity,social and economic capacity of the three systems of deconstruction,the results show that the main factors restricting the city center of the 14 prefectures of the bearing capacity is not the same,and each city comprehensive carrying capacity of the bearing capacity of different advantage.(5)The coordination degree of city comprehensive internal coordination capacity,results show that the bearing capacity of each layer of index system coordination degree reached good coordination center of the city of Xinjiang in 14 prefectures ofKorla City,which belongs to the good coordination,the other are of good coordination.It shows that all the cities in Xinjiang can achieve good coordination and good coordination within the system.The three subsystems of urban comprehensive carrying capacity,ecological environment carrying capacity and social economic carrying capacity belong to good coordination,and the worst is the carrying capacity of resources belongs to general coordination.It shows that the coordinated development of 14 cities is low,and the urban system components need to be further strengthened and coordinated construction,especially in the coordinated construction of resource carrying capacity subsystem.
