Research On Evaluation Of Urban Land Intensive Use And Relevant Policy

In the recent years, there are some phenomenas that many people heavy expansion, light excavate; weight scale, light efficiency;heavy investment,light planning; use of land is low efficiency with the rapid development of prefectural region economy in some cities.So it is very important to carry out the city land intensive use evaluation research.Since the reform and opening, Zhoucun become one of the province’s30top counties with the rapid economic and social development. However this growth is still based on high input, high consumption, high pollution, inefficient rate. The extensive style of economic growth, cause land increasingly prominent contradiction between supply and demand.If we do it like this for a long time,not only guarantee food security and sustainable economic development are difficult but promoting of industrialization, urbanization and modernization also difficult. Conservation and intensive land use is the need of scientific development concept, an important measure of effective solution to Zhoucun land supply and demand,an important part of building resourcesaving and environmentfriendly society.The GIS technology this paper uses can be able to transfer the data and the graphics attribute data together and it provices a convenient for data statistic.At the same time, it also can direct response the distribution of different types of land, which can improve the work efficiency.Firstly,this paper briefly discusses the issues and topics of significance of the research background.This paper explain the purpose of research topics, contents, methods and technology roadmap. Studing area and the intensive use at home and abroad in the land evaluation studies are also reviewed.Secondly,development of intensive land use and landintensive use of the theory are outlined. The intensive use of land for the work described particularly;, we analyse the research area of land use status, land use structure based on studing the area’s land use analysis.From this analys we know that there is a big Potential in Habitable land of ZhouCun and Infrastructure needs to be improved; The land for commercial use is relatively concentrated, uneven distribution; Industrial project has certain polluting,and it is easy to Cause Pollution Cities.Thirdiy,we study on the land intensive use zhoucun district evaluation from two levels that isthe macro level and the meso level. First,we Use Delphi scoring method to determine the weight evaluation system;secend, we ensure the index determined standard values According to the planning material relevant data;third,we calculate the present situation according to the present situation;then we obtain the evaluation results hrough the target standardization, and concludes.Through the macro evaluation result analysis,we can see that the economic coordination degree is higher.ZhouCun is headed in intensive an expansionary change, zhoucun district land intensive use still has large potential rise. Through the medium of evaluation result analysis,we can see that appropriate use of the land area is the largest, low use function area accounts for47.2%of the area of land, zhoucun district that land intensive use still has large potential rise.Finally,from the evaluation results we know Zhoucun district economy coordinated degrees higher, for intensive an expansionary, is headed in intensive an expansionary change.Through the analysis above,we put forward new mechanisms which use for the urban land and resources of the scientific development of economical and intensive, in order to put forward the effective solutions.
