Study On Evaluation Of Land Intensive Utilization In Weifang Binhai Economic-Technological Development Area

This paper invests and researchesthe actuality of the usage of the land, develops the index system of the Intensive usage of land, and findsthe difference and shortage with the ideal value via calculating the power value. At the same time, thepotential usage of land of the Binhai developing area is scientific calculated, separately from extend,structure, intensity, management and the year for the usage of the land. After the comprehensiveanalysis of the various aspects, the comprehensive score of Binhai developing area is94.96points.There is a high degree of intensive land and land saving. This paper shows that there is a gapbetween Binhai developing area and the most leading economic and technological developing areas inChina on intensive utilization of land resources.
