The Studying Of Rural Residential Area Intensive Utilizing Evaluation

With the development of society and economics in rural area,expanding unrestrictedly constantly with the ground range in the residential area in the countryside, the land wasting phenomenon is serious, the contradiction with agricultural and building became more and more serious, the consequence of which is the insufficient of build-up land and difficult to protect the arable land. Launching the evaluation of rural residential land intensively utilization, and constantly improving the utilization efficiency of rural residential land, can promote optimizing distribution and rational utilization of the rural land resource, take the sustainable development road .On the basis of drawing the relevant theory and research approach both at home and abroad, this text put forward the concept and intension of macroscopical rural residential area intensively utilization, from the angle of influencing factors, it construct a evaluating index system of three projects .Take rural residential area in Changge city Henan province as object of study, 63 samples were taken by stratified sampling method, from the current situation of rural residential area utilization in Changge city, the text select an evaluating index system which was made up of 4 layers and 14 indexes, index weight was determined by the analytic hierarchy process, cluster of intensive utilization was determined by the hierarchical clustering method, spatial allocation of degrees of rural residential area intensive utilization in Changge city was devided by the buffer zone analysis which was belonged to the software named MapGIS, through the above steps, grades of intensive utilization in rural residential area in Changge city were definited. The results of evaluation show that: 11 administrative villages such as Zhaidao, Pozhong and Guaihe whose residential area were utilized intensively, they were grouped into theⅠgrade and distributed mainly in the towns whose economy was prosperous; 21 administrative villages such as Yingzhang, Yanlou and Zhaodong whose residential area were utilized inefficiently, they were grouped into theⅡgrade; 31 administrative villages such as Niutang, Dawangzhuang and Guqiao whose residential area were utilized wastely, they were grouped into theⅢgrade and distributed mainly in the towns whose input-output ratio of unit land was low. The results show that the level of intensive utilization in rural residential area in Changge city and the comprehensive development ranking of townships are in line with level of economic development positive correlation. The economic development level is restricting the land investment and delivers, thus affecting the level of intensive utilization of land. Finally, the author put forward the proposals and countermeasures to the intensive utilization of rural residential area in Changge city.
