Research In The Potential Evaluation And Countermeasures Against Land Intensive Use Of Huayuan Industrial Park

The system of intensive land use should be vigorously promoted， which is notonly an important measure to establish conservation-oriented society but also aninevitable requirement to coordinate economic construction， utilization of resourcesand environmental protection. The success of the strategy of regional sustainabledevelopment mainly depends on the intensive use of land， an important componentpart of natural resources. Therefore， considerable research on intensive land use hasbeen done by the scholars at home and abroad， who put the emphasis on the urbanarea instead of the development area， a newborn thing. Consequently， there wereinsufficient systematic theory research and qualitative analysis research on intensiveland use in development area. Under these circumstances， the intensive use of landand potential calculation are studied in the paper.The paper is based on several important theories on land administration， such asland rent theory and location theory. In the paper， the intensive land use indevelopment area is introduced， whose potential， referring to the Evaluation ofintensive land use issued by Ministry of Land and Resources， is calculated. Thepurpose is to provide the basis for the intensive land use in Huayuan hi-tech park ofTianjin Binhai Hi-tech Industrial Development Area， the proposals for land use andmanagement， which defend the sustainable development and promote the intensiveuse of land resources.
