In21stCentury, the tendency of globalizing economy makes the business environmentmore competitive and complexity day by day. Therefore, there are increasing number ofenterprises realize that Human Resource management is one key factor that affectingorganizational future developing and surviving. H company has over70years’ experience inedible oil business. With its eyes set on the growing China market, the Group built a factoryin Guangdong Province in1997. Although it has long experience in business, there is stillroom for improvement in HRM. Therefore, this research will analysis and optimize the H’sHRM efficacy, and increase the core-competency of H by improving HRM efficacy.Research will use both of qualitative research and quantitative research to measure andanalysis the current HR system within H, and find out the problems. The first step of thisresearch is literature study, gathering useful information and theory for following analysis,and using SWOT analysis to discover the strength and weakness in H and opportunities andthreats the H facing. Then using questionnaire pool and interviewing inquiry to diagnose thestem of H’s remaining HR problems, and fix the problems and improve the HR efficacy byinterpreting modern HRM theory. |
