Research On Fine Management Of Electric Power Construction Projects

In recent years, as China’s electric power system reform, management methods are more and more advanced. However, the project management mechanism and methods in China are old which lack of meticulous management concepts. And the management system is not perfect. Fine management of power system in China targets far from being attained. There are many management rules, but don’t have so many system processes. The enforcement is also weak. Some businesses aware of this problem and begin to form and tide flows, but don’t have good methods to operation the flows. It is main reasons for failing to implement the flows well. This article provided the form management method from practice aspect and pointed out the new management idea which changes the rules into flows, then the flows into forms, then the forms into informed forms. In that way the real refinement management goals can be realized.This article first describes characteristics of electric power construction project management. Many regulations although can give some good effect to manage the projects, but the implementation and enforceability of the regulations are not so good. So based on the characteristics of electric power construction project management, this paper bring about the form management method based on the form.Then, conducted a study on the contents of a form of management, and elaborated in the form of management way of connotation and construction organizations, and describes the implementation of forms management the key to success.Forms management for the final goal is to achieve refinement management of electric power engineering construction projects, with a view to the application form of management technologies to gain control over project objectives, ultimately to improve executive force of the enterprise’s internal and external competitiveness. This form of management of the target control system for research, multiple target fusion of control in the form of managing content.A110kV Green Mountain (Kaiyuan) power transmission and transformation engineering project is presented as a example to demonstrate of the form of operability and effectiveness of management.
