Study On Pattern Of Fined Management About Construction Quality Of Electric Power Project

Nowadays,people require higher quality on construction of project as the rapid development of economy in China and more and more project to construct.The road to expand the enterprise is to implement efficient management to improve the quality of project.With the continuous renewal and development of management concept,there are some changes in quality management that the management mode has begun to transfer from extensive mode to fine mode.What's more,the mode of fine management becomes a new assurance to guarantee the quality of project.For it can diagnose,refine the strategies,optimize controlling efficiency,rebuild process and information platform,there is important impact and significance to introduce the fine management to get more scientific quality management ideas to improve in the whole quality of electric power project,maintain it continuous development and ensure it execution which is bound up with the life of human beings.This paper has used H transformation of plants water film precipitator ESP project as a case to test the mode of fine management.The case introduced background,goals and significance.What's more,with the relative literature review,the paper has studied on the theory of quality of fine management and the status of the quality management of power plant projects in H enterprise.With the analysis of problems in the status of quality management in H power plants,it can be a better way to get all information about the project.Based on these theories,it is helpful to build up the mode of quality of fine management and it's also better to implement and evaluate the applicability of the mode in electric power project.The application of fine management mode in H transformation of plants water film precipitator ESP project can reduce the cost,save resources and increase profits,which is a successful case.What's more,the application of fine management mode is a good way for the solution in electric power project in the fierce market competition in our country.The research is not only helpful to the quality of fine management in H transformation of plants water film precipitator ESP project,but also a good way to promote applicability of mode of fine management in the quality management of electric power project,which can provide a good reference for the quality management in engineering project in the further.
