In the21st century, with the development of knowledge economy and economic globalization, the competition among enterprises in the communication industry has been focusing on that of their corporate culture. Therefore, the corporate culture, which plays a key role in enterprises’existence and development, is a main factor contributing to the vicissitude of the enterprise. Team, as the minimum but basic unit, is the important practitioner of various enterprise businesses. Meanwhile, it is a great support for the development of both the enterprise and the employee’s occupation plan. It also a carrier for the employees’self-values. In order to promote the construction of grassroots teams, we are supposed to create an advanced team culture which is human-centered, innovation-based and responsibility-oriented. Moreover, it can provide the most useful and effective platforms for the enterprise management.At present, China Mobile is in the strategic transformation of the whole business a competitive environment, facing a financial crisis, telecom restructuring, market saturation, three major challenges and TD-building, a major task. China Mobile Communications Corporation for the deepening of advancing to do world-class enterprises, to achieve a new-leap from good to great "strategy explicitly targeting" to maintain international leadership, construction of large enterprise groups with international competitiveness. During this critical period, to carry out the construction team to meet these challenges, solid foundation, an important measure to achieve the new strategic objectives.On the base of the correlative theory and previous practical examples in China Mobile Communications Corporation and other industries, I address the analysis of internal relation in the team construction as well as the problems existing in the team construction of China Mobile Communications Corporation Anshan Branch in this paper, so as to explore the effective way to improve the team construction in the new stage and concentrate the attention on the implementation of grassroots corporate culture and the programme of team culture construction in a innovative way.
