In today’s fierce market competition, the traditional management fall shout to resolvethe prominent contradictions between the growing demands for personal growth amongemployees and enterprise reflection of the value of the employees. For sustainabledevelopment and being competitive in the market, competition among enterprises would notsimply lie on the quality and pricing of their product, but the corporate culture, which is thein highest level of competition in the modern enterprise. Working teams are the cells of theproduction and operation of the company; they are the main source of value and wealthcreation, and also they are the basic carrier of positive corporate culture. Team-building is animportant part of the corporate culture management, and strengthen team building is thebasic work for constructing corporate culture that reflects the features of the times.DGYD is the leading operator of the telecommunications industry in Dongguan. Withthe continuous development of customer specifications, the workforce is growing, whileindustry and market competition become intensified. Enterprise is facing unprecedentedpressures and challenges, under this circumstance, there are more requirements on theplanning and implementation of corporate culture management. Thus it promote teambuilding to the strategic level.For the above purpose, this paper employed the methods including literature study,theoretical and practical analysis, comparative analysis, and on the basis of theories ofcorporate culture and team building. This paper mainly focuses on the practice in teambuilding management. Under the guidance of the Group, DGYD initiated theirteam-building management since the year of2007. During this period of promotingcorporate cultural management, DGYD follow the guideline of "team-building, culturefirst" and management for team, culture for individual employee. They carried out thepath known as "learning, innovation, quality culture ". Their implementation of corporateculture made a series of achievement in the research team-building methods andapproaches in the management of enterprise culture, as well as the role that team buildingplays in the process of creating a" win home culture ", in enhancing the team cohesionand effectiveness, and promote a healthy and sustainable development for the company.
