Human resource planning is one of the basic activities of the enterprise human resourcemanagement is to forecast the requirements of the environment and tasks of the future of the organization isto provide human resources support for the completion of these tasks and to meet these requirements, theplanning of human resources planning strategy for enterprise development an important part of the basis ofthe corporate human resource management and in accordance with, it needs the resource informationcollection and use, and thus provide the basis for corporate decision-making in the human resourcesactivities.
