Study On The Separation Of Powers Governance Model Of Family Enterprises In China

Family enterprise has a long history, It’s still widely exists at home and abroad as enterpriseorganization form. With the booming development of China’s economy, familial enterprises play asignificant role to China’s economy. It has made great contribution to China’s economy in many ways, justlike economy growing, employment abording, well-off society and the harmonious society contributing.We can say that, the Chinese family business has big influence to China’s economic. Therefore, thegovernment, business and academia pay much attention to the familial enterprises.In the order of the market economy and because of its gradually perfect conditions, the familybusiness governance model has become a decisive factor to our familial enterprises. It relates to theirsurvival and the development. This is also become the front-burner issue in academic circles in recent years.So this paper, we will study on the separation of powers governance model of familial enterprises in china.This article we will on the basis of family firm and the theory of corporate governance in thispaper. On this basis, to understand the basic content of family business governance structure; analyzing thedifferent between family firm and modern enterprise management; discussion the three classics kinds ofenterprise management mode by comb and induction the family enterprise management mode in the relatedtheory；Finally, in the front on the basis of analysis, discussion of China’s familial enterprise group divisionmanagement mode. This paper using comparative analysis and induction and deduction, and thecombination of inductive method of research is the related research, also used the new institutionaleconomics theories about the Chinese family business governance mode is analyzed, and how to improveChinese family enterprises to the management mode to propose the countermeasure and the suggestion.
