Research On Agricultural Moderate Scale Management Selection And Organization Model Of Jilin Province

Food is the first necessity of the people. The food problem always related to thefundamental of a country. Therefore, it is closely concerned by government. JilinProvince is an area where agricultural-resource-endowments are relatively abundant.Located in the "Golden Corn Belt" of the world, it is an important commodity grainbase in China. However, due to scattered small-scale family-run physical curing, theagricultural operations of farmers’ income growth is not obvious.Frequently in recentyears, the agriculture security incidents, and the volatility of prices of agriculturalproducts are all exposed to the model of small-scale, decentralized, family-rundrawbacks. Starting from the basic concepts of economies of scale and scalemanagement of agriculture, making efforts in the previous studies, pointing out in theviews of scale economy and agricultural running concepts, this essay intends to makeanalyses about the necessity of scale management, to conform a scientific path whichis suitable for Jilin Province. Analyzing the limited factors of scale management ofagriculture, this essay will purpose a reasonable suggestion: the modest scaleoperation path of the agriculture should be based on the farmers’ land subcontracting,and agriculture scale management of single product should be promoted by the formof company plus farmers.
