Influence Factors And Future Trend Of Development Of Current Rural Land Circulation

The problem of rural land in China is always crucial to solve "three farming problem", and its core is the issue of rural land system. With the large number of move of rural labour, abandoned land increases, and the extensive operation also makes the phenomenon to become serious. Especially,woth process of urbanization the accelerating, the rural land circulation is also accelerated. The intensive and scale production of our national agriculture must rely on the transfer of land. China has also developed the corresponding policies and regulations to regulate the circulation of rural land. Therefore, the circulation of rural land is to be imperative. To make rural land transfer carry on smoothly, it is necessary to attach importance to the emergence of various problems in the transfer of rural land process, put an end to the illegal transfer and the transfer that damages the fundamental interest of farmers, put an end to the circulation of agricultural land used for high efficiency non-agricultural production under the guise of agricultural production, put and end to the aggravation of non food phenomenon and the destruction of farmers’ nterests because of the change of the rural land usage. Therefore, to make clear the rural land circulation problems and analyse the development trend of the circulation of rural land is more conducive to the solve of "three farming problem" and the further development of rural economy.This paper investigated and analysed the countryside land circulation situation of Henan province, summarized the existing rural land circulation pattern and analysed its characteristics, and focused on the current land transfer condition as well as the relevant reasons influencing the development of land circulation. On this basis, and combined with the the relevant theories, it fully analysed the factors that influence the national rural land circulation, such as farmers’psychological behaviour, economic behaviour and external pressure. Finally, it put forward my own views on the rural land obstacle factors influencing land circulation. Moreover, it analyse the relationship between rural development and rural land circulation as well as the relationship between farmers’interests and rural development. It also summarized the trend of future rural land circulation and put forward some own views and opinions.
