Research On China’s Food Safety Regulation

Food safety is not only related to each people’s health and life safety, economic and social stability,and even related to the faith of the government and the society, anyone or any department can stay out.Therefore,This article selects the regulation theory and multi-central management theory as the theory tools of our country’s food safety regulation,to be able to provide safe food for consumers,to protect consumers’ interests as the purpose for research.The first part of this text mainly introduces the research background, significance and related research, and the research method and theory tools,such as paper framework do are briefly introduced.Then the paper introduces the related concept of food safety,analyzes the necessity of strengthening the food safety regulation.In order to more in-depth understanding of food safety regulation problems, this article chooses the SanLu problems as a typical case of,in time dividing point summarized respectively the behavior of government, business, media, and consumer, and summary in the food safety several problems existing in the events, and on this basis,taking regulation subject,object,the regulation technology,regulation environment and the third party cooperationfrom for the research content. In research in China’s current food safety situation of government regulation is analyzed on the basis of the existing problems.In order to find a better way to improve the current food safety,th studies the food safety regulation institutions、relevant legal system and supporting system of the developed countries.Integrated regulation subject,to strengthen the regulation of food industry,improve the testing technology,improve food safety regulation environment and Strengthen the third party cooperationfrom the five aspects of ascension food safety regulation effect.Through the study, in the attempt to make innovation in case study and theory tools,change in the past the government as the leading position in the field of food safety,give full play to the enterprise,industry association, the role of the media and consumers.At the same time,in case studies on the role of each subject will also describe and response,so that we can more comprehensive and fully understand the whole case events and the existing problems.Perfect our country’s current food safety of government regulation doesn’t happen overnight,and not just rely on the government to be complete, from government regulation to the enterprise self-discipline,from system to regulate public opinion guide,from industry association affect consumers’ supervision,every effort is indispensable.
