Research On Wenchuan Earthquake Hardest Hit Areas’Reconstrction Of The Tourism Industry Based On The Sustainable Development View

In2008, the sudden5.12Wenchuan Earthquake in Sichuan province seriously damaged the local tourist industry, not only caused the devastating damage on tourism infrastructures and service facilities, also led to a sharp cutoff in consumption of the disaster areas and Sichuan tourism, and even influenced the national tourism market. Post-disaster recovery with high level, high regard for the people’s livelihood, and sustainability is combined with the pressing desire of the people in the quake-hit areas as well as the people of the whole country and the eager concern of the Central Committee and the State Council, so the way about the quake hardest hit areas how to improve their ability of own production and the subsequent competition under reconstruction, how to realize the tourism economy sustainability with the opportunity of reconstruction is not only has the important realistic meaning and profound history of strategic significance, that is also what we must ponder and research earnestly, especially for our government and the related institutions.This paper selects6cities and30counties in the disaster areas(Chengdu, Mianyang, Deyang, Guangyuan, Ya’an and Aba) to study, which are the Wenchuan earthquake hardest hit areas in Sichuan province, and post-disaster tourism industry recovery is mentioned height of a strategy. All of the above should base on relatively mature industry theory and sustainable development theory basis, take the thought of "People-oriented, sustainable development, fully implement the scientific concept of development, and promotion of scientific recovery" as a strategic guiding ideology for reconstruction, meanwhile, combine with knowledge about the tourism, economics and ecology on the cross-disciplinary research, this paper also uses some kind of methods such as literature access, normative analysis, investigation, interview and case analysis and the theory and practice method comprehensively, and quantitative and qualitative analysis is used to analyze the situation of tourism industry development (including pre-disaster, post-disaster), also with challenges and opportunities, also summerizes experience of post-disaster tourism industry recovery from domestic and foreign tourism,with all of above, this paper reviews tourism industry reconstruction in the earthquake hardest-hit areas, then studies and analyzes the rebuilding strategy emphatically from structure adjustment and layout optimization of the tourism industry.Through analysis of the orientation from the perspective of sustainable development, this article orient the earthquake-hit tourism industry is to develop the "big ecological tourism", which coordinates development of natural ecological and cultural ecological resources, and including natural landscape tourism, heritage and cultural tourism, rural leisure tourism and earthquake ruins tourism. At the same time, the hardest hit areas should carry out three major strategies that aim to restructure and optimize the layout, namely,"comparative advantage" strategy,"cluster" strategy and "chain" strategy. On this basis, the paper finally propose to develop three specific tourism industry reconstruction development recommendations such as focusing on the tourism industry reconstruction planning and management to promote the all-round development, strengthening the sustainable utilization of resources and improving the environment to promote the durable development; developing characteristic topic tourism to promote the common development.
