Many kinds of public crisis arise in the modern society. Public crisis management is becoming complicated in many ways. Governments are facing huge challenge. On May 12, 2008, a strong earthquake struck Wenchuan. Earthquake-strike areas suffered serve loss. With the heavy disaster, under the uniform deployment of The Central Government, large scale of corresponding reconstruction is carried out. Corresponding reconstruction is disaster relief with the highest speed, the widest scope and the most power in our history. It plays the superiority of the socialist system and accelerates the reconstruction of the disaster areas and promots the coordinated development of regional economy. But, there are also many problems, for example, the problems on Administrative system, on fund, on evaluation mechanism and so on.The article is composed of seven sections.The first section is introduction.In this part,the background of the subject for research and the actual situation of research at home and abroad are firstly expounded,aiming to illustrate the reasons for choosing the topic;then,the research method and the research focus are introduced The second section expounds the guiding ideology and principle of the reconstruction, which provides the basic theories.The third section expounds the experience of the foreign countrise. The fourth section is the principal part of this article. It takes the example of the earthquake in wenchuan to analyze the model of post-diseaster reconstruction. The fifth section expounds the difficulties and problems of the corresponding reconstruction, and then the sixth section provides the countermeasures. The last part is conclusion and expectation.
