5?12 Wenchuan earthquake is the most serious natural disasters since the founding of New China, the earthquake destroyed so many cities in the twinkling of an eye, almost all the farms and houses of the 18 counties (cities) which were most severely affected were in collapse or become dangerous buildings.At present, the most important civic event of the disaster areas is to speed up post-disaster reconstruction. In the process of reconstruction, a permanent housing construction in rural areas has become the stress and difficulty of post-disaster reconstruction due to the complex demands of the farmers. In the post-disaster housing reconstruction, how to combine the local customs, the village original flavor with the rural tourism and post-disaster housing reconstruction are very urgent and necessary things.Literature analysis, case analysis and comparative analysis are used, tourism and rural planning theory as a guide in this paper which is based on current situations and the existing problems of rural tourism development. The analyses of the experience of rural tourism at home and abroad are studied, and the problems and deficiencies are found out. Sichuan Shifang town which is the severed disaster area in 5 ? 12 earthquake is been focused on the study in the paper. Combining with rural tourism development, improving post-disaster reconstruction of rural housing are been important inspirations. In practice, the study also makes specific implementation programs for red beans division Village and Siyuan Village in Shifang town, which have a certain practical reference value.
