HYT Group is a monopoly of the background of the related enterprise of the development of a miniature, very with industry representative. Therefore, the research to the HYT Group has the realistic meaning and reference value.Based on the background of the strategic management theories describing the strategic management in enterprise groups strategic development of research in the application of themes, from the point of view of strategic management of the development strategy of HYT Group, using the modern strategic management tools, through the external environment, the company resources and ability and so on a series of analysis, this paper discusses the influence of the environment policy and market factors driving, pay attention to grasp the enterprise development general laws and the development of the industry rule and actual company, and based on this, puts forward the HYT Group transport development strategy and implementation plans.This article is divided into six parts.
