| Due to the global market saturation and insufficient technological innovation of smart phones,consumption of mobile phones is gradually shrinking and the frequency of smart phone replacement dropped.Consequently,the shipping quantity of smart phones has dropped from 2018.There will be no big demand for end customer to replace smart phones before 5G and the folding screen technology become mature.It is estimated that the global shipping quantity of mobile phones will keep dropping in the future three years.Meanwhile,domestic manufacturers are facing many bad situations such as deteriorating economic environment,rising human resource cost and difficult human resource recruitment.With more and more severe living environment faced,many manufacturers have disappeared from the stage of smart phone manufacturing due to bad operations or wrong strategy adjustments.As the biggest OEM enterprise in smart phone industry,IDPBG(industrial digital product business group)of the F Group is focusing to serve for the world-class companies such as Apple and has earned a lot before 2017 due to the manufacturing of i Phones.However,with the declining i Phone sales in the domestic market and the rising Chinese mobile brands,i Phone’s Chinese suppliers have begun to develop domestic customers.At the same time,Chinese mobile phones completely replying on the foreign component supply in the past are gradually turning to the domestic suppliers.At present,Chinese suppliers are performing very well and there are brilliant Chinese companies at all fields of the mobile phone industry,part of outstanding companies have already marched into the high-level food chain.With the complicated and volatile internal and external environment,it’s very significant for IDPBG of the F Group to formulate a medium and long-term development strategy to realize the continuous development.With IDPBG(Integrated Digital Product Business Group)of the F Group as the researching object and strategy management related theories as base,this thesis firstly pointed out its strategic deficiencies bysimply summarizing its main business and current operating situation.Then,this thesis systemically analyzed the external macro-environment it is facing with the PEST analysis method,studied its industry environment with the Five Forces Model and related data collected from some agencies or platforms.At last,this thesis analyzed IDPBG’s internal environment by analyzing its own resource and capability.After the internal and external environment are analyzed,this thesis listed IDPBG’s SWOT and selected its development strategy.Meanwhile,this thesis also provided some advice for the implementation measures of IDPBG. |
