Resource integration is an effective way in realizing enterprise strategy and company delicacy management. It can further improve enterprise resource usage, enlarge differentiation advantage, decrease operation cost and improve enterprise core competitiveness. Over the past 20 years, with the rapid development of automobile industry, automobile trading group obtained prompt development in the meantime. However, most of them still stay in extensive management phase. Profit growth is mainly achieved through scale expansion. As automobile industry becomes more mature and competition in the industry intensified, profit growth method needs transformation. Enterprise shall realize profit through internal resource integration under fine management. The dissertation, from enterprise strategy point of view, subdivides enterprise internal resource, classifies attributes of resource sharing, designs a value judgment mode of resource integration and determines integrate sequence of enterprise resource. Combining the reality of automobile trading group, the author puts forward the resource integration strategies. Giving full play to the synergy of resources to realize the automobile trading group differentiation and total cost leadership strategy and improve enterprise core competitiveness.The dissertation studies enterprise resource attributes, resource integration judgment method, and create value discriminative model of resource integration based on previous research result. Resource is classified into three categories: exclusive resource, semi-shared resource and shared resource based on previous research result. Then determine resource integration value sequence according to resource integration value attribution degree and use value chain as the breakthrough point to find the integration path. Besides, from the analysis of automobile trading group development history in China, we can see the contribution of resource integration made to the strategic transformation of the group. Through the analysis of automobile trading group main business, the dissertation studies the feasibility of resources integration, and puts forward some strategies and notices in the process of implementation. Finally, take Zhejiang K automobile group as an example, the author suggest thoughts and strategy for its resource integration. Theoretical Study, Empirical Study and Case Study have been adopted in the dissertation.Main conclusion: first, through strategic management development path analysis, we see resources are the important guarantee to achieve their strategy and resource management is an important means to realize the enterprise strategy. Second, resource sharing degree is the key factor of integration profit. Integration revenue and cost comparison decides integration value. If the total revenue of integration is higher than expense and cost, the integration is worthy and the integration scheme becomes an option for the enterprise. Evaluate all the schemes and rank them as company decision making basis. Third, value chain is the cutting point of enterprise integration. Integration activities can be obtained through value chain analysis. Connect integration with enterprise main activities. Fourth, China automobile trading group development experienced the initial stage and rapid development stage, and now it has gradually turned to the steady development stage. The competition in the industry accelerated, the margins of traditional business decreased. The industry enterprises gradually change from extension expansion to internal requirements of fine management. Resource integration is the important means to achieve their strategic transformation. From value chain and integration value point of view, business activities of automobile trading group have certain value of integration. The activities can all achieve their strategic upgrade through internal resource integration. Certain strategy of resource integration can be implementation. The author also thinks resource integration need to take account of economic value and feasibility. Sixth, the dissertation analyzes K group in zhejiang and puts forward the strategy of resources. Innovative points: first, the dissertation comes up with a value discriminative mode. It can determine integration value and supply basis for company resource integration decision. Second, the dissertation put forward applicable integration strategy for automobile group.This dissertation mainly focuses on internal resource integration, while outside resource integration haven't been involved too much.
