With the continuous development of economic globalization,the developed countriestransfer and adjust industries by multinational companies in order to improve thecomprehensive competitiveness of multinational companies and countries. At the same time,as undertaking international industries transferred from developed countries can accelerate theeconomic development of developing countries, governments in developing countries makecorresponding policies to attract foreign investment and provide a series of ancillary facilitiesto undertake international industrial transfer. The international industrial transfer prefers theregion which has more prominent in culture, geography, resources and economic advantages.Tianjin Binhai New Area is a coastal economic zone in China and can be influenced easilyduring the international industrial transfer. As for Tianjin Binhai New Area has morecomparative advantages, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study theproblems on Tianjin Binhai New Area Undertaking the international industrial transferThis paper compares the process of industrial development in Tianjin Binhai New Areawith the process South Korea, and comes to a conclusion Tianjin Binhai New Area hasdeveloped to the level of third stage in South Korea, which has ever experienced four stagesin history and is at the fourth stage now. Then, study the differences on the internationalindustrial transfer between Tianjin Binhai New Area and South Korea as well as thedifferences between Tianjin Binhai New Area and Shanghai Pudong New Area, and after theabove study, the existing problems on Tianjin Binhai New Area Undertaking the internationalindustrial Transfer can be found. Based on these problems, this paper puts forwardcorresponding countermeasures.Firstly, this paper study and review the related basic theory, including industrial life cycletheory and industrial transfer theory, summarizes former scholars’research on Tianjin BinhaiNew Area undertaking the international industrial Transfer, to lay a solid theory foundationfor Follow-up research. Then, this paper analyzes the status quo of undertaking internationalindustrial transfer in China. The first step is to study the three important internationalindustrial transfers in China; the second step is to research on the basic situation ofinternational industrial transfer from the perspective of the foreign capital utilization; the thirdstep is to summarize the basic characteristics of international industrial transfer in China.Secondly, this paper analyzes the international industrial transfer of Tianjin Binhai NewArea through comparative analysis. The first step is to study the present situation of industrialdevelopment in Tianjin Binhai New Area. The second step is to compare the developmentprocess on undertaking international industrial transfer between Tianjin Binhai New Area andSouth Korea as well as the development process between Tianjin Binhai New Area andShanghai Pudong New Area, and research on influencing factors. After above analysis, findthe problems on Tianjin Binhai New Area undertaking the international industrial Transfer and analyze its reasons.Finally, according to the results of analysis and comparison, this paper gives trendanalysis and countermeasures. This part analyzes the future development tendency of TianjinBinhai New Area on the process of international industrial transfer. Then, according to theresults and existing problems, this paper gives several suggestions, such as building detailedand perfect industrial policy system, guiding the foreign capital to important industries,strengthening resource conservation and management and so on.
