Industrial Investment Environment Of Tianjin Binhai New Area Analysis And Research

The paper researches on Tianjin TEDA industries investment environment, firstly the characteristic and competed-environment of Chinese Technological and Economic Development Area are disserted, then the conception of TEDA investment environment are defined, with the evaluation theories of investment environment are reviewed, the compositions and their affections and relations are discussed particularly. Based on the analysis, the evaluation-system for the industries investment environment of TEDA is founded.Two main achievements are obtained in the thesis. First, we renewed the definition of the industries investment environment and its compositions to be the combination of physical environment, human environment,economic technology, infrastructural environment and the government service. Second, we analyzed the industries investment environment of Tianjin TEDA especially the Binhai New Area, and founded an evaluation system, then gave our advice on optimization the environment of Binhai New Area.
