| Entering the 21 st century,urbanization rate of China has increased from 36.2% in 2000 to 54.77% in 2014.Meanwhile,urban population has also been greatly improved.The urbanization process is in great speed.However,there are still many problems in traditional urbanization,which is not complete urbanization.During the Third Plenary Session of the 11 th Central Committee of the Communist,“Decisions on several major issues of deepening reform by CPC Central Committee” is adopted.The decision stressed that "stick to the path of new urbanization of China",it clearly put forward to promote people-oriented urbanization,to promote development of both industrial and urban.Fusion of industry and city is not only the inherent requirements of the new urbanization,but also important guarantee for sustainable development of urbanization in China.So,achieving a high level of integration of industry and city is essential for the development of new urbanization.Firstly,this paper clears up relevant theories and studies of urbanization and integration of industry and city both at home and abroad,noting that the process of urbanization there has its own regular patterns,and points out problems of the traditional urbanization.Secondly,this paper summarizes the main factors affecting the integration of industry and city based on the theory and research of integration.According to the empirical research,this paper constructs the evaluation system.Thirdly,this paper adopts a fuzzy comprehensive hierarchy analysis method based on analytic hierarchy method and fuzzy evaluation method after the in-depth study of city integration and method of evaluation,and gives the scope and steps of this method.Fourthly,this paper evaluates the integration of Tianjin Binhai New Area based on the former evaluation index system,and sorts the main factors affecting the integration by importance.Finally,according to the foregoing results,this paper highlights the importance of integration,and offers inspiration and countermeasures based on the analysis of evaluation result. |
