In recent years, the research about the influence of the corporate culture on business hasbeen a focus in the field of management. The RAND Corporation and McKinsey &Companybased studied on 30 of the world’s fastest growing companies, and then co-authoreda report.In the report,they point out that the world’s top 500 companies’ success stems fromtheir corporate culture. With the development of the enterprise culture, the companymaintained enduring development. More scholars predict that the enterprise culture may bethe key factor which decided the success of enterprise in the future.The enterprise culture has been introduced into China for thirty years,but Chineseenterprise culture is also at the initial stage.Many enterprises have been aware that the modernenterprise system and modern enterprise culture must be matched, and culture management isthe fundamental way of the modern enterprise management, also is the source of enterprise’scompetitiveness ,and have started to construct the enterprise culture according with thecharacteristics of the enterprise. The soul of Culture is inheritance and development, similarly,enterprise culture also is open、inheritance and development.Therefore, integrating variouselements of the enterprise culture is necessary,which plays the key role in the development ofenterprise. How to seek innovation of corporate culture constantly for the enterprisedevelopment, is the research purpose of this paper.By the end of 1992, the commercial office of the Shandong province turned to the wholeorganizational system-Shandong Commercial Group Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred toLushang Group).Through the practice and exploration, Lushang Group created a greatcorporate culture,and realized great development. With the development in the past 17 years,it has now grown into a large enterprise group with modern retail industry as its mainbusiness,pharmacy and real estate industries as key industries,covering hospitality,education,media,mining,investment,etc. The characteristic of its Industries is totallydifferent, but can become an organic whole.In addition to a set of effective managementsystem, the more important is that Lushang Group’s culture can integrate all of the industries. Gradually, accumulated the rich group characteristics of the spirit and the concept of value,become the core content of Lushang group’s culture.Now, Lushang Group is facing the key nodes that expanding to the whole nation.Thechallenge of the brand identity, disorder and the risk of capital chain which is caused by theexcessive expansion, have been the bottleneck of restricting its further development. How tofind out the point of Lushang Group’s sustainable growth is all of the Lushang Group’staff,also is the paper’s question.In this paper, the author has chosen Lushang group as the example to analysis due to theconvenience of work.Through theoretical and empirical research, combined with theemergence and development of enterprise culture, as well as the international study onenterprise culture, the author explore the enterprise culture construction. By Lushang Group’sdevelopment achievements and the enterprise culture’s role to Lushang Group’sdevelopment,the author analysis the problems and countermeasures of Lushang groupenterprise culture’s developing.The main research methods : first is the literature analysis method. Through studying thedomestic and foreign enterprise culture construction, we can find out which to offer areference point, and lay the foundation for theory. Second is the method of comparativeanalysis. Through drawing lessons from the advanced experience on the cultural constructionof the world’s large enterprises ,we can do some comparative studies on Lushang Group’sculture construction . Third is the inductive and deductive method. On the basis ofcomparison and analysis, combining Lushang Group’s development actual,the paper willraise some thoughts and suggestions for the enterprise culture construction.
