Under the background of the frequently updating and renewing of the product today and increasingly serious competition, the success or failure of enterprise depends on the comprehensive strength of the enterprise. Enterprise culture is regarded as a kind of embodiment of enterprise value concept,which is more and more important for the enterprise to develop and to suit the serious competition.What type of enterprise culture is and whether employees admit such culture and what employee behavior could be produced under such culture are the key components of competitiveness of modern enterprises. It is usual that a competitive company which has its own culture and values. Therefore, it is necessary and essential to study the culture in an identified company.Based on the existing research background of enterprise culture, the paper introduced the theoretical background and methodology. In the same time, the definition and construction and styles of the culture have been identified and described importance and necessity of the theoretical angle in this paper. On the basis of study outcomes of domestic and foreign scholars, the paper analyzed the shortcomings of culture building in Unisplendour Guhan Group Corp. Ltd currently, which provided a good method to enforce the construction of national owned enterprises. The paper made a deep study on problems of Guhan's culture from three aspects, which included layer of material culture and system culture and the layer of spirit of culture, through reviewing the process of group's development. Thence, based on the result of data analyzing from questionnaire survey the paper put forward the principles and requirements of culture construction for Guhan Group. Meanwhile, the paper identified aims and contents of the culture construction and designed concrete procedures and model for the culture construction. And then the paper made a plan, for the culture construction, which concludes conformation system and module system and function system and identification system. Finally, the paper drought some preparations and insurance system to make sure the compliance of the culture construction plan, which based on the real fact of the company.
