Shandong Province Transportation Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as:group company), belonging to the Shandong province SASAC of large-scale professional transport group, in recent years the positive transfer mode, adjust the structure, vigorously promote the passenger transport, logistics, repair, fast, healthy development of tourism industry, industrial pattern focusing on the construction of "big station, large, large passenger logistics, tourism", to create "Shandong Jiaoyun" brand, has been identified as key contact the Ministry of transport enterprises, by the national development and Reform Commission, the Commission by letter, determined the support enterprises to focus on the development of the logistics, and selected China traffic 100, China logistics hundred and Chinese service industry 500. Shandong Jiaoyun group is currently in the transition period, is facing many problems, such as problems left over by history, public service, enterprise characteristic problems, many problems in the final analysis belong to the enterprise culture construction and perfection and enterprise management problems. The existence of highway passenger transport industry at present various disadvantages, weaknesses, various does not adapt to the development of the market factors, is everybody be obvious to people. Therefore, keeping pace with the times, pioneering innovation unique business model, built in accordance with the laws of the market of passenger enterprise culture, is the only road passenger transport industry to survive in the cracks in the difficult environment.Analysis the problems exist in the enterprise culture of Shandong Jiaoyun group,it is concluded that the problem is mainly concentrated in the aspect of value, behavior aspect and practice aspect, and puts forward four measures to optimize:through the analysis of the group enterprise culture construction present situation and in view of the existing problems, establish a corresponding cultural system, the main draw the following conclusions. First, through the company's internal staff to carry out corporate culture research, and corporate culture and cultural practitioners to communicate, the general existence of enterprise employees to establish a corporate culture is less cognitive level, some employees do not understand the real meaning of corporate culture, and come to the company's corporate culture. Two is the analysis of the company's internal and external cultural construction conditions, the company has been in line with the establishment of a complete corporate culture system. Three is the establishment of enterprise culture system, from the ideological, hardware, behavioral aspects of the three aspects of construction, and the company's culture.
