Studies On Production Schedule And Control To Supply Chain In The DJ Clothing Company

The idea of supply chain management has brought the huge challenge to the traditional production control mode in clothing enterprise, it requires enterprise policymakers to change their management style from transitional narrow mode to modern and open. Only by studying and practicing the supply chain management, the clothing manufacturing could turn their management from transitional mode to the supply chain management mode. Therefore the production schedule and control under the environment of supply chain are different from traditional ones.This thesis is mainly studying on the way of production schedule and control in the DJ clothing company under the environment of supply chain.The thesis studies the related theories of clothing production management first, expatiating the concept of the clothing production management, the clothing production schedule and control. Further more, the thesis studies the influence on the method of clothing production schedule and control. According to new request of thesupply chain management, new method is to be put forward ------ building thecoordination mechanism of supply chain, which can realize the change from the tradition mode to the supply chain mode.The thesis introduces the actual cases of DJ clothing company, which is still placed in the traditional management stage now. By analyzing the mode of production schedule and control in DJ clothing company, we could find the shortcomings of management. The thesis then studies the necessarity and applyment to change the current production schedule and control mechanism.Finally, this thesis offers the solution of practicing the supply chain production schedule and control by suggesting to establish three coordination mechanisms------the supply chain production schedule mechanism, the supply chain productioncontrol mechanism and the supply chain information mechanism in the DJ clothing company. It is sure that the three coordination mechanisms can raise the production efficency and decrease the production costs for the DJ clothing company.
