A Study On The Organization Structure Of Agent Construction Enterprises’ Project Management

Along with the development and growth of the enterprise, business expansion will lead to endless management issues which make the managers have no idea. Especially for the project-driven enterprise, when the quantity of the project had surpassed the load of the management, the coordination between the human resources, departments or the unknown responsibilities and the growing chaos between the departments and project team will lead to great involution. This time companies will need a good project management organizational model to regulate and adjust.In this paper, based on the description of the characteristic of the enterprise organization management which was based on the projects and the PMO model, and according to the actual situation of the project-driven business, we had studied the model issues related organizations analysis and discussion. Specific studies are as follows:First, this paper started from the analysis of the characteristic of the enterprise organization management which was based on the projects, and suggested that as a project-driven enterprise, it should establish a management system which is based on the projects and suited for their stage of development, to ensure that the organizational structures far from equilibrium and value the goal-oriented management, and also to restructure resource based on projects.Secondly, the paper gave an in-depth and detailed analysis to the PMO model. Arrived that on the enterprise level project management, PMO as a department to coordinate the relation among the professional departments or the relation between the project team and the professional department had a clear advantage, especially in the rational allocation of resources and solutions on the chaos and disorder.Then, combined with the actual empirical cases of the W company, the paper carried out a data analysis which came to that the PMO should focus on staff management, communication management and knowledge management.Finally, based on the analysis of the model, example and the actual cases on the project management in different stage of the enterprise development, the paper concluded its own views——attention to the choice of organizational model, the enhance of the Organization and Information Sharing management, and strengthen the PMO development.
