| Enterprise project management (EPM) is a new kind of organization andmanagement mode, it is established in the angle of enterprise top managers of varioustasks of the enterprise project management, the dominant idea is to businessoperations or as a reference project for management (management by project), it is along-term project centered organization management, organization and managementsystem based on project management is the core of enterprise project management.And enterprise project management research focuses on the organization structure,because in the implementation of enterprise project management pattern must have areasonable organization structure and the coordination, the author in the existingtheories about project management, found that scholars in view of the enterprise needwhat kind of organizational structure to support the enterprise project managementwhich on the one hand, very little research. Therefore, this article introduce theproject management office to the scope of enterprise project managementorganization structure is verified by an example of this innovation, provides a newway of thinking for the enterprise project management organizational structure.This article’s research method is the combination of theoretical analysis andcase study In this paper, on the basis of the theory study of the project management,analyzed the enterprise in the implementation of project management often used threekinds of organizational structure (functional, project type and matrix type), thenanalyzed and compared the advantages and disadvantages of the three kinds oforganization structure. Then the paper introduces the concept of the ProjectManagement Office (Project Management Office, PMO), and based on ProjectManagement Office, we raised the construction of the enterprise Project Managementorganizational structure, with B company as an example and analysis based on theProject Management Office of characteristics and advantages of the enterprise ProjectManagement organizational structure system, it is concluded that the security industryimplementation of enterprise Project Management organization system can improvethe overall efficiency of enterprises, is the application of Project Management in theenterprise to provide a reference. |
