Coordinated Growth Research Of Real Estate Industry And Regional Economy Of Dadukou District

The real estate industry is the foundational and pioneer industry of the nationaleconomy, and it is increasingly becoming the backbone industry of our country’seconomy. There is a close relation between the real estate industry and regionaleconomy, the real estate industry is a part of the regional economy, it can promote thedevelopment of regional economy, at the same time, if the real estate industrydevelopment is not healthy, it can also affect the development of regional economy. Bythe same token, the development of regional economy can driven and restrict thedevelopment of the real estate industry. Thus，the coordinated development of real estateindustry and regional economy is the premise and foundation to ensure the healthydevelopment of the real estate industry and regional economy．Therefore, the studyabout the coordinated relation between real estate industry and regional economybecomes an important subject．Employing the method of qualitative and quantitative combined, this paperconducted a further comprehensive study to the coordinated development relation of thereal estate industry and regional economy．Main contents of this paper include：Firstly, the interactive relationship between thereal estate industry and regional economic development is analyzed, and the theoreticalsystem is built of the coordination relationship between the real estate industry andregional economic. And it concludes that the coordinated relations of the real estateindustry and the region economy mainly consists of three aspects：coordination betweenreal estate industry development level and regional economic development；coordination between real estate investment and regional economic development；coordination between real estate price and regional residents living standards．Based onabove，the paper established the evaluation indexes and criteria．Secondly, this paperanalyzes the coordinated relation between the real estate industry and economydevelopment of Dadukou district and the conclusions are given. At the last, according tothe problems, the corresponding countermeasures are discussed.
