Research On The Correlation Between Real Estate Industry And Regional Economic Of Wuhan

In recent years,the rapid development of real estate in Wuhan has made outstanding contributions to its regional economic development.Real estate promote regional economy sustained and rapid evelopment,because of its Long industrial chain,and other characteristics related degree.If Real estate development is not reasonable guided,it will affect the regional economy healthy and stable development.Real estate is the basis industry that has obvious regional characteristics,whether real estate industry and regional economic development will directly affect the quality of both development.On the one hand,Wuhan economy is affected by the regional economic,on the other hand,Wuhan also has its own unique development characteristics.In this paper,the relationship between the in-depth study of Wuhan real estate industry and the coordinated development of regional economy.In this paper,we use theoretical analysis,qualitative analysis,quantitative analysis method and empirical analysis.First,we use descriptive analysis to the level of real estate market development in Wuhan;Then,research the Wuhan City real estate development and economic growth,By comparing the representation of real estate and regional economic indicators to analyze the level of development between the coordinated development,summed up the three major aspects of the relationship between the performance of coordination.Proposed evaluation system coordinated development of both;Then the empirical analysis of this paper,Preliminary and in-depth analysis of the specific relationship between Wuhan City real estate industry and regional economic development;Finally,give the conclusions and suggestions.
