Research On Coordination Development Of Real Estate And Regional Economy In Hebei Province

Real estate is growing rapidly for the past few years, and is becoming the dominant industry of some area or a nation. Thus, the development of real estate is playing an important role in the development of macro-economy. On the contrary, the development of macro-economy has an significant influence on the development of real estate. Hence, whether the development of real estate and regional economy is coordinated comes into people’s sight.Based on the theory of coordinated development, this article uses grey relational grade model to measure relational grade of real estate and regional economy, taking Hebei province as the research object. By analyzing, we can find this factor the scale of real estate that influences regional economy the most, including housing construction area, the completion of the area and the sale of the housing area; There is the most closely association between Hebei economic strength and real estate, which relates these two indicators, such as the per capita GDP and the level of consumption.And then, by using entropy method and coupling harmonious degree model, evaluation analysis is done on harmonious development of real estate and regional economy and also the degree of coordination development between real estate and regional economy can be found. The degree is not high; the reason is that the pace of economy development in Hebei is extremely behind the pace of real estate development.Finally, suggestions on coordinated development of real estate and regional economy are given based on the research results.
