| In recent years whether the development of real estate industry coordinates with the economy and the society becomes one of most earnest focal points discussed by people. the US loan crisis initiated by the real estate credit has brought great negative influence to US economy, and even the global economy. Obviously, sustainable and healthy development of the real estate industry has already become premise and the foundation of social progress and economic development. But obvious regional characteristics of the real estate industry caused the close relation "a glory all glory, as soon as damaged all damaged" between the real estate industry and the region economy development. Thus, coordinated development of real estate industry and region economy is the premise and foundation of the real estate industry healthy development. Therefore the study about coordinated relations between real estate industry and regional economy becomes an important subject. Employing the method of qualitative and quantitative combined, theoretical and empirical combined analysis, this paper conducted an overall thorough research to the coordinated development of Guangxi real estate industry and Guangxi regional economy.Main contents of this paper include: First, analysis interactive relations between the real estate industry and the regional economy development, and carry on the theory construction about the coordinated relations of real estate industry and the regional economy. And conclude that the coordinated relations of the real estate industry and the region economy mainly consist of four aspects: coordination between real estate industry development level and regional economic development ; coordination between real estate investment and regional economic development; coordination between real estate price and regional economic development , coordination between real estate internal structure and regional economic development .Based on the four coordinative relations, the paper established the evaluation criteria for coordinated development of the real estate industry and the regional economy. And corresponding countermeasures are given based on the analysis of cause of these questions, including constitute real estate regional developmental strategy in view of different region, regulate the land market ,the enhancement property development project management to real estate industry, perfect real estate finance system, standard land market,establish and consummate the housing safeguard system and so on. |
