Community service facilities constitute a major part in residence community.Infrastructure construction is reasonable or not is directly related to the quality of life ofthe residents.Especially in the current real estate adjusting control of sensitive period,people pay more attention to the comfort of life after buying property.Yet the standardof our country to facilities still stays basic one thousand index.For facilities constructionresearch is imperative.Xi’an on February7,2011in this respect began to be formallyimplemented in "Xi’an residential areas public facilities construction and management".this Preliminary standard and determine the requirements of the part of theconstruction of supporting facilities.This caused wide attention and the high praise.Thisarticle mainly aims at the Xi’an municipal facilities construction, using a combination ofqualitative and quantitative methods to researsh.This paper firstly clarifies the connotation and characteristics of communityfacilities,Pointing out the shortcomings and the problem discussed in thispaper.Elaborated the development process of community facilities in China.Through theinvestigation and study discusses the present situation,shortcomings and suggestions forimprovement of the construction of the xi’an facilities.In research facilities constructionin this paper mainly stand in the point of view of the consumers,based on the comfortof life foundation，Combined with the government and developers position all theimportant factors to residential community facilities were deeply discussed. This paper lists a crape myrtle rural city, the green land century city, elegantlotus· four seasons city three typical project.The related factors were analyzed.Based onthe findings and the theory of the previously established the index system of the analytichierarchy process, carried out the weight calculation, paving the way for the evaluationof fuzzy mathematics after.Then using the mathematical model which combining theusing analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematics to conduct a comprehensiveassessment of Xi’an New Project Longhu MOCO. Put forward the improvementSuggestions to this community facilities construction system.At last some suggestions are given in five aspects to the residential communityfacilities construction in Xi’an.Expect to make a contribution to the development of thefuture.
