All of this is based on the digital technology of computer and communication. Information has become one of the important resources. It is the computer and communication technology which support the platform of Information technology which perfomed as a digital type. On the one hand, it could carry out value only by intercommunication.On the other hand, an huge demand exist in the economic activities or people's lives nowadays. The information sharing, the intercommunication, and the extension service in different space or regions, which needed a digital platform for the system access.Digital is the original meaning of information. The concept of Digital Community is a community which has realized the digital of information. The construction of a harmonious community is the foundation of a harmonious society. With the development of economy and society, urban communities carried a large of function, like as social manage, social service and social security. The social management becomes more and more important. But many of the communities are a concept of property management, not a collectivity identified with culture, target, and value. Residents of autonomy, which needed further communication and intercommunication among people. Responsive to the changing functions and needs of the communites, building digital community, Integratting social resources, let residents become the master of communities.Different to the traditional community, the management, the culture, the service of community, all of the applications should be implemented on a same digital platform. Based on this platform, the management of community wound be more efficient, the culture would be more rich, and the service would be more sufficient.Digital Community shoud be an island of consumer information, Digital City should be the colligation of consumer information and service information. Based on digital community Electronic Commerce would fulfil individual demands of residents. Based on digital community residents would realize the interactive experience of lives: information, sociality and commodities.After the literature access, network survey and users interview, this paper analysed the connotation, difference and relation between the digital community and the traditional community. Based on the detail study of the urban communities'function and consumer demand, thesis proposed a solution of digital community construction. This solution makes a detail discussion on community communication, community service, and community management. Associated with the Poter's value chain theory, thesis analyzed the property management enterprises valuechain and their characteristic, the property management enterprises profits point and the method of extending the value chain profit. This profit model gave a reference strategy to the property management enterprises.
