Emotional Intelligence (EQ) theory and Intelligence (knowledge) Capital theory are newissues in research of Psychology and Economics. With the two theories developing in the field ofmanagement, especially in research on the relationship between emotional intelligence andperformance, and the relationship between intellectual capital and performance, these twotheories actually realized integration in some degree. This paper attempts to integrate these ideasfrom a new perspective on the basis of previous theoretical and empirical research. On the onehand, this paper takes the factor of emotional intelligence (EI) which stimulates staff potential asthe starting point, exposing EI under the paradigm of intellectual capital (H+S+C, H meanshuman capital, S means structural capital, C means relational capital), which can enrich humancapital study under the framework of intellectual capital(IC). On the other hand, we take KGroup as an example, through analysis of methods of emotional intelligence (EI) management inK Group which has resulted in improved employee motivation in innovation. We also tried toconduct some empirical analysis to validate the positive correlation between the emotionalintelligence (EI) of core staff and their job performance, and conduct research on EI in Chineseenterprises based on an Intellectual Capital Business model which should benefit thedevelopment of Chinese enterprises. The final data analysis results have supported the theoreticalassumption, so that the value of emotional intelligence gets a double-sided support in theoreticaland empirical.
