Since 1990 Mayer and Salovey put forward the concept of emotional intelligence, emotional intelligence has gradually get scholars' attention and research. Numerous studies show that: individual emotional intelligence and individual performance has significant correlation, emotional intelligence has been used as an important antecedent variable for performance. And emotional intelligence is not only a kind of individual phenomenon, it still has its social attribute, group attributes. Team emotional intelligence is a team integrated adjustment, perception, express emotions ability, is a team of the overall mood atmosphere embodiment.This article from the concept of individual emotional intelligence and team emotional intelligence, research and analysis on the individual emotional intelligence and knowledge sharing influence, found that the effect of knowledge sharing influenced by members of the level of emotional intelligence.And emotional intelligence is not only a kind of individual phenomenon, it still has its social attribute, group attributes. Emotional intelligence in internal team also has the communication effect. This article introduce no leadership team introduced to the team concept of emotional intelligence,Through empirical analysis, and once again proven team cohesion for team emotional intelligence and team performance of intermediary effect, On this basis, I conducted a quantitative analysis of team cohesion. a quantitative analysis of the team cohesion, obtained mediating effect of the value of team cohesion.
