Emotions and emotional intelligence have been research hotspots in psychology,organizational behavior and other research fields in recent years.This is because that effective use of emotions and emotional intelligence showes positive promotion effects on team cohesion,team member performance and employee satisfaction,etc.And the development of conflict theory makes enterprises pay more and more attention to the presence of constructive conflict existing in organizations.Leader who have different leader style try to make full use of their emotional intelligences to moblize the positive conflicts to produce active action on team emotions.Based on the analysis of research results of relevant variables and realistic situations,all the variables are creatively integrated into team levels to study.And leader emotional intelligence was measured by two diffirent methods.This helps us to explore the influence what constructive conflict,leader‘s self-perceived level of emotional intelligence and perception of leadership emotional Intelligence by employees have on team emotion.This paper also analyzes what kind of regulation effect of leader self-perceived emotional intelligence and perception of leadership emotional Intelligence by employees.In this paper,44 teams,44 team leaders and 352 team members were investigated and assessed by the questionnaires method which are mainly divided into two kinds of leaders questionnaire and team members questionnairethe.The related datas are sovled by descriptive analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and regulation analysis.Empirical results show that constructive conflict has a positive effect on the each dimension of team emotions.Leader‘s self-perceived level of emotional intelligence has a positive effect on the some dimensions of team emotions.The perception of leadership emotional Intelligence by employees has a positive effect on the each dimensions of team emotions.They would both partly strengthen ties between constructive conflict and team emotions.The most relevant assumptions has been verified.The results show that through the fully quided style of leader emotional intelligence,the continuous improvement of constructive conflict on team emotions has important significance to improve the positive team innovation.
