As the rapid development of computer and communication technologies, the specialization of comuper system has become a new trend.As one core supporting technology amony this trend, embedded system technology has played an important role in the information processing.For the increasing functions such as network connecting and MSF need to be integrated in the developing industrial embedded controlling system, the MCU has to offer higher working frequency and larger MSF for code and data.While the traditional 8-bit singlechip can not meet the need, the ARM processor which has several times higher working frequency for rapidity than the 8-bit singlechip,RISC dictation architecture for great cod efficiency and speed,is becoming the mainstream technology in industrial monitoring system.This paper which based on a practical developing project orientied to the design of a fresh air monitoring system, researched the application of embedded technology in traditional industrial control field and bringed a design of a embedded fresh air monitoring system based on ARM.After analysing the structure and working mode of the fresh air system, the paper introduced the the design process in detail, including requirement analysis, choice of kernel processor,sensors,executor and CAN-bus equipments, contrast of several embedded operation system, the detailed design of hardware system and the debug process and measures of system software and hardware.Based on the reserch of operating system, the method ofμC/OS-II realtime embedde system transplant and system developing environment was presented detailedly. Further more, the second half of interrupting operation and its service program were desgined and realiezed, which has enhanced the realtime ability of theμC/OS-II operating system.The paper discussed the process of developing CAN equipment driver which was under the protocol on application layer of iCAN on LPC2300 serial processor.In order to realizing the substantive on-line monitoring data strorage, the function of SD card memory has been designed in the help of API driver.Finally, the ways of task compartmentalization, realization of interrupt task and softwere arithmetic for CAN-bus node connecting were discussed...
