21st Century,China’s TV industry is booming development and The TV artsworks in large numbers.However,there is little research on TV literary and artisticworks and its laws.In the paper we analyzed about the different periods of good TVliterary and artistic works,accord to the feature of"wave"which is Abstract、Generality and Regularity.Proposed in this study in order to analyze the reasons for theformation of the wave phenomenon.The wave refers to the excellent TV arts play a leading role in a specific period oftime.Which through the aesthetic acceptance to development to the present.Then the TVarts works as the circulation of commodities,so it shows the development of regularityand summed up four stages of wave phenomenon that is gestation period、surge period、popple period and quiet period.The recipient of the television art is audience,In this process,the psychology ofaudience plays an important role what is an important key in the wave.The content andform of TV art has contact with each other,then the Topic、Theme、Manifestations andPost-production due to its victory in Intense competition.TV art as a commodity is therole to inspection commercial value.However policies and regulations can also cause thewave phenomenon in the competitive environment in China.Research on the wave of TV art is to in order guide the development of China TVbecome better.In the research we find that things have both two sides,the developmentof the wave has cause negative affect that is clone、 plagiarism,、follow the trend spreadto the whole art area which will lead to China’s TV arts become waning.So we willcorrect the bad phenomenon in order to ensure it does not affect the development ofChina’s TV industry...
