Since 2010,Anti-Japanese TV series has been commercialized and typed,and shown a strong social influence.It has become one of the most typical types of commercial TV series that can best reflect the characteristics of the times.This paper aims at using the popular culture theory to study the current situation of anti-Japanese TV series.Chapter 1 points out the research background and research value,summarizes the research status of Anti-Japanese TV series.Chapter 2 summarizes some of the popular culture theories.This study is based on these important theories.Chapter 3 represents the history of anti-Japanese movie and TV series.Chapter 4 and chapter 5 are the case study of the The Disguiser.Chapter 4 analyzes the structure and ideology.Chapter 5 analyzes the behavior of the audience.Chapter 6 summarizes the discussions.It is founded that the production of the anti-Japanese TV series is influenced by politics and business together.There are several kinds of ideologies in The Disguise,such as patriotism,political attitude and consumerism,they reflect the the thought of traditional and modern intersection.Audience can participate in a variety of ways,and it changes the power relation between the audience and the text.The process of making and disseminating the media products produced by the audience reflects the creative use of popular culture.The anti-Japanese TV series represents the spirit of Chinese society.Nowadays,the audience desire for more equal dialogue and more respect to diversity.We should also be alert to the tendency of vulgarization and the worship of consumption.
