With the promotion of new rural construction, the consumption of electricity and water is used more and more in agricultural irrigation. The purpose which used to save water and electricity has an important significance for the construction of a conservation-oriented society. The current irrigation faces three problems. The first problem is that the measurement of water and electricity is not accurate in rural irrigation district. The second problem is that the loss of reactive power is larger for the reason of the low motor power factor. The last question is the direct starting of motor will cause a voltage drop of the grid and have a bad effect on the motor and pump.For the current existing problems in agriculture irrigation, the device based on PIC MCU was first proposed in China, with the function of measurement, RFID reader, reactive power compensation and soft stat. The contents of the article include:(1) This paper expounds the present situation and development prospect of the farmland irrigation integration. On this basis, formulates the design scheme of the whole system, studies the fundamental structure and performance indexes of the system, and introduces the key technology in system.(2) In the hardware aspect, gives the hardware circuit of each function module, and its work principle is introduced; as to the software aspect, adopting modular design, the program flow of the main program and each module subprogram is introduced.(3)Relying on the test room in the Behring Electronics Co., Ltd, firstly conducts the electric energy metering module test. Secondly, the test of RFID reader and power compensation module is carried on. Finally, the whole device is tested. Experimental results show that the system reaches the design performance indexes.(4) Finally according to the test results, makes a summary and prospect.
