With the development of science technology and the improvement of living standards, thenatural gas already be known to every family, whether the boiler heating our daily familycooking, winter, or power plant, our daily production and life are inseparable from natural gas,because it can made high energy but low pollution. however, the gas pipe network is more andmore big, more and more complex, as the important infrastructure of city, it has becomeparticularly important about optimizing distribution scheduling of the gas pipeline transmit-ssion and strengthening information construction.Supervisory control and data acquisition system (Supervisory Control And DataAcquisition) referred to as SCADA, it is the production process control and dispatchingautomation system based on computer, is used for monitoring and management automationtechnology field, it monitor and control equipment on-site, to achieve data acquisition, control,measurement, parameter adjustment and all kinds of signal alarm and other functions.In this paper, on the basis of analyzing similar status and future trend about domestic andabroad, according to the gas SCADA system of Jilin branch company, I put forward theoverall design scheme and the principle of design. It achieve the real-time pressure detection,temperature, flow and operating parameters of gas; according to Ethernet, it can facilitateinquire and query about the operating status of the network and related data. Lastly it sendsout the alarm signal and into the SCADA system by the PLC when the pressure exceeds thelimit, It can provide decision-making and scheduling to basis the total scheduling of theaccident in time. To the warning display, It made more clear, more accurate, more systematicand more real-time effect, using DLP projection mosaic projection display system and videomonitoring system.
