| The online service of archives is an important embodiment of archives information,and it is the way of archival service to popularization.As the main platform of archives online service,its construction status and development direction has attracted extensive attention from inside and outside the industry.Meanwhile,there remain a host of problems restricting its development,especially the contradiction between the website's insufficient service capacity and growing demand for archives with the public.This paper aims at the status quo and existing problems of the online service of the archives website,and put forward the concrete countermeasures for its development by means of literature review and comparative research.This article firstly introduces the basic theory of archives online services and archives sites,which includes kinds of file sites and the corresponding user groups,the market positioning and function of archives sites.Then,this article researches the construction status of provincial archives websites from six aspects--its developing process,naming patterns,columns,visiting count,service capability and mobile media service.Based on these,we summarize the characteristics and periodical achievements of the provincial archives website construction.On the basis of comparing the excellent experiences of archives website construction at home and abroad,this paper analyzes and sums up the main problems of provincial archives website in practicality,unity,interactivity,unique characteristics and pertinence such as less user-friendly of web design,lack of practicability as a result of inadequate resources,low sharing between sites,ignoring interactive functions,unsatisfactory result,insufficient characteristic,low recognition and so on.What's worse,personalized service and the construction of barrier free websites are seriously deficient.After the summary of the current situation and problems of website construction,the potential reasons are to be given as follows: inadequate attention to online services,lag of information resources construction,insufficient funds support and lack of legal system and technical standards.Finally,we analyze and summarize the countermeasures to solve theproblems of development of Hei Longjiang provincial archives website according to the situation of Hei Longjiang Province and the development of archives.They are strengthening the resource construction and humanized design,realizing the vital role of the sharing of file resources,diverse interactive forms and valid management norms,highlighting the local characteristics and developing the collection characteristic files,paying more attention to personalized service and reinforcing the website barrier-free construction respectively.From the five aspects mentioned above,it is expected to improve the practicality,unity,interaction,characteristics and targeted purposes of the file website.We have a desire for the promotion of the online service level of Heilongjiang provincial archives website after this research. |
